I hope there will be as much participation as last time (though I have to admit, reaching over 30 entries in the middle of the vacation period might be a bit optimistic - I suppose you've been spoiling me so far 
) In any case, it's about having a challenge and not about breaking any participation records, so let's just get it on

So, I have decided to start a contest ... And as forest is often the place for magic, fairyland, tales, etc ... I called this first contest "Mythical Forest World".
WHAT IS A MYTH ?
1. A traditional or legendary story, usually concerning some being or hero or event, with or without a determinable basis of fact or a natural explanation, especially one that is concerned with deities or demigods and explains some practice, rite, or phenomenon of nature.
2. Stories or matter of this kind: realm of myth.
3. Any invented story, idea, or concept: His account of the event is pure myth.
4. An imaginary or fictitious thing or person.
5. An unproved or false collective belief that is used to justify a social institution.

RULES 
You can create a photograph, a traditional or a digital art. But the deviation must be submitted after the 4th of July (so those who were submited on deviantart before this date are not accepted) , and especially for this contest. To participate, you must be a member of the Forest-World group, or a member of its affilitated ones Until 3 entries per member (but 1 per type ... So you can submit 1 photo + 1 traditional art + 1 digital art ... But not 2 photographs, or 3 photomanipulations). To participate, submit your work in the "MYTHICAL FOREST WORLD" folder. NO dA watermark ... This really spoils the pleasure to see the artwork. If you want sign your art, no problem, but something as discrete as possible, not in the middle of the image ... (and if you REALLY want to put a dA watermark, I'll ask you to send me the version without it by mail). You can draw/shoot/manipulate a person and/or an animal(s) but in a mythical theme and the place must always be situated in a forest. And above all, I want creativity, something new ... Impress me !! You can inspire you from tales, well known stories, but it must have something special, particular, from your own creativity. You must copy/paste this in your description and answer it:
